We spent our Christmas holiday in an isolated resort, around 4, 5km from the main town. Although we had our doubts about this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms, and the comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and polite, and we enjoyed the free bus transport provided by the resort to visit other areas. Plus, the pool was clean and offered plenty of sunbeds.
The lack of facilities around the resort, with no shops or places to buy food nearby. We were forced to survive on vending machine snacks for lunch because dinner was only served from 8, 10:30ish pm.

hotels facilities and size of room
the staff where ignorant towards me and my family. they seemed to look down at us and where not very helpfull in assisting us in getting into town we waited at the bus stop for over an hour and no bus turned up when i went back to reception they called me a taxi to town (which was 40 euros return) it was there advice to get the bus and then when i returned they said we recommend a taxi as the buses are infrequent so basically the hotel staff wasted an hour of my time

In the evening we went to hotels own restaurant down the street. The food was excellent and price very low: menu for one person, 15e included glas of wine. Hotels breakfast was also praiseworthy, according to other typical italian hotelbreakfast, there were fresh fruits and berries, cheese, cold cuts and many more. Not just a coffee and a croissant.

This hotel offers a amazing view of the sea just as the sun hits the sand and it's located right across the street from the beach. The breakfast was delicious with different options to choose from including soya and rice milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were in good condition and the swimming pool was close to the main building.
Nothing not to love.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is located about 4km away from the city centre, which is where we wanted to be. Public transport from the city centre to the hotel is non existent. This means you have to arrange for a cab. The short journey from the hotel to the city centre will cost you approx 15 Euros. Not a good option if you intend on shopping and being in the heart of the city!

Spent Easter holidays in a hotel near an isolated town in Sicily. Enjoyed a restful break with good food. The hotel had a spacious and clean room with a balcony having a lovely view. The pool area was well-maintained and not crowded. The staff was friendly and spoke good English.
The hotel was located far from the main tourist areas, requiring a lengthy commute. , the lack of evening entertainment was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel is situated right across the street from the beach, which is a bonus for those who enjoy a nice seaside stroll. the hotel is also located within close proximity to tourist attractions and an urban centre. the rooms offer a remarkable view of the sea, perfect for early risers who want to catch the sun as it hits the sand. the breakfast spreads are impressive, offering a range of delicious options.
The hotel lacks additional amenities and facilities that some guests may look for in a four-star hotel.

Friendly and informative staff. Good idea to section off the visiting groups of schoolchildren from individual guests.
Swimming pool unavailable - too early in the season. Confusion over room rate as your site would not let me book 4 doubles, only two. One of the two doubles was cancelled well in advance so we saw no reason to have to pay for two TRIPLES particularly as the hotel was largely empty. This still rankles as unfair treatment; my room cost 218 euros and that of each of my friends 294.
